”The village of Burgau is delightful - it contains small shops and restaurants, all within a short walk. The beach is sandy and has beautiful cliffs on either side. The townhouse was perfect for two couples, with plenty of room inside and outside for rest and relaxation. It was clean and well equipped. Our only complaint was that the coffee maker was crummy!”

”Everything was as in the description. Traditional house with airconditioning and really good bathroom. Nice location in Burgau village near the beach with short driving distances to many nice places. Rental car recommended. We found allways a free parking near the house up the same road. A bar next door might be a concern because of noice (untill 12pm). Didn't really bother us. Some little ants, so better not to feed them with food leftovers. Balcony is shared with another apartment. Good...

”Das Haus liegt wunderbar zwischen zwei fußläufig erreichbaren Stränden (ca. 30 min. laufen). Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und eignet sich gut für mehrere Personen, da zwei Bäder vorhanden sind. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut. Schön wäre gewesen, wenn zumindest eines der vielen Messer auch scharf gewesen wäre. Die beiden Sofas fand ich ein bisschen schmuddelig und für meinen Geschmack gab es viel zu viele Kissen ;) und Deckchen.”

”Loved the villa and location would go later in the year next time as villa cold inside and pool freezing, we went in May would probably go June next time. Burgau beach the locals so lovely and welcoming, we ventured out to Praia de Luz where some of the staff on the beach bars were rude and we welcomed the return to Burgau, was small village but we kept finding hidden pubs and restaurants, would definitely come back. The AC was switched off and we did not need to use, but some sort of heating...

”Location is very good - check in was fine - have to say the actual property could use some updating - description says newly renovated. However, seems some things could use further updating especially bathrooms. All in all, it is an good space if you are ok with a little 'rough around the edges'”

”Tout est parfait. Peut être améliorer la température quand les nuits sont fraîches. Les hublots pourraient avoir des vitres plexi pour éviter que le froid ne rentre. Ce sont des petits suggestions amicales et constructives pour les journées un peu fraîches et les personnes frileuse ;). Ceci dit, de mai à septembre ça doit être un paradis sur terre ! Nous avons pu le constater les jours ensoleillés ! C’était parfait ! Martin est un hôte extraordinaire bravo”

”The two of us came to Sagres for hiking and swimming and the house was a wonderful base for our vacation. It is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Communication with the landlord was perfect. Check-in went smoothly and we received a lot of information from the owner about the place and possible activities. We felt very comfortable and recovered well.”
