This inviting 111m² two-bedroom apartment in Vila do Conde is the ideal retreat for families and friends seeking a relaxing and convenient stay.

Located on the first floor and accessible by lift, the apartment offers comfort and ease of access.

The open-plan living area is designed for relaxation and socialising. It features a comfortable double sofa bed, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for sharing meals.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, essential cookware, and cutlery. For added convenience, a washer and ironing equipment are also provided for your laundry needs during your stay.

The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the second offers a comfortable double bed. All beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The apartment has two bathrooms, each equipped with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and all the essentials for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in the heart of Vila do Conde, the property offers a convenient and lively setting for visitors and residents alike. This central location is surrounded by a variety of essential amenities, making it an excellent base to explore the city.

Nearby, you will find small local grocery stores, such as Mercearia Mesquita and Talho Estação, perfect for picking up daily essentials. For coffee or a light bite, local favourites like Cafetaria Vipp and Café Pacheco’s offer relaxed settings just steps away.

When it comes to dining, traditional Portuguese restaurants like O Monte provide a taste of regional cuisine in a warm and friendly atmosphere. More options are available in the town centre and along the riverside, where you can enjoy fresh local food in scenic surroundings.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
