Comfortably accommodating 4 people (and a baby, with a travel cot available), it has been decorated to make you feel in an authentic oasis.

Ideal for families or small groups, the property features a bright and very welcoming living area. The lounge is equipped with two comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing and watching TV or simply enjoying the view over the ocean.

The vibrant independent kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to basic utensils and crockery, it features a spacious wooden dining table at its centre, fridge, cooker, coffee machine, kettle, blender and other essential appliances to help with your daily routine.

Access to the stunning covered terrace is conveniently from the living room, allowing natural light to flood the interior. This outdoor space offers unbeatable panoramic views over the sea to the south and the mountains, making it the perfect spot to read a book, enjoy a drink and, with a bit of luck, spot dolphins passing through Amora Beach bay with the naked eye. You will also have access to a beautiful and extensive lawn garden, lined with palm trees and hydrangeas.

The two bedrooms are harmoniously decorated. The spacious master suite is equipped with a comfortable double bed, velvet armchairs and a desk area. The second bedroom is equally welcoming, with two single beds and a charming wicker rocking chair.

The accommodation has two full bathrooms with all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The great hidden treasure of this neighbourhood is just a few steps away: the stunning Praia da Amora. This is a wild, unguarded beach accessible exclusively on foot. The descent is along a beautiful trail of about 10 to 15 minutes, rewarding you at the end with an untouched, private setting of absolutely unforgettable natural beauty. If you're lucky, you might even spot dolphins!

Despite being in this oasis of tranquillity, the connection to Ponta Delgada is incredibly easy and scenic. In a drive of approximately 35 minutes, you will quickly reach the heart of the Migueline capital. This allows you to enjoy a perfect balance: the absolute peace of your home in Ponta Garça and the convenience of having the cosmopolitan life of Ponta Delgada — with its excellent restaurants, Portas do Mar, shops and the airport — just a short and pleasant distance away.

Furthermore, this address serves as an excellent strategic base for exploring the island's most sought-after wonders. It is just minutes from the historic village of Vila Franca do Campo, famous for its delicious pastries (the Queijadas da Vila) and as the departure point for boats to the iconic Ilhéu de Vila Franca, an unmissable natural wonder. Heading inland, you are just 15 minutes from the mysticism of Furnas Valley, where you can marvel at the fumaroles, relax in the thermal iron waters of Parque Terra Nostra or Poça da Dona Beija, and taste the traditional Cozido das Furnas. The property is easily accessible by car.

As São Miguel Island does not have a railway network, transportation is primarily by car.

João Paulo II Airport (PDL) is approximately 25 to 30 minutes by car from the property, depending on traffic. Car rental is highly recommended for exploring the island.

This property has a self check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 4 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

On the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
