”This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are attentive and friendly, our room was beautiful and the hotel grounds are looked after with a real sense of care and pride. Breakfast was a highlight of the day! The outdoor pool area and various other seating areas around the hotel gave us many opportunities to relax and read. Although about a 30 min walk from the centre of Porto, there are many excellent restaurants within a 10 min walk of the hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Palacete...
”The hotel is a very modern and open but needs doing something more such as simple as a map of the city. Although nothing nearby such as restaurant, super market since we tried to buy some fruits but no way could find. otherwise, the service is good especially Nicolas helps a lot.”

”The unit is in a prime pocation of Porto old city, heaps of fantastic bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk or less. The owner is great with communication daily, asking if everything is ok with the unit. We had a tiny issue with the Wi-Fi that was addressed and fixed quickly. Highly recommend this unit when in Porto. ”

The communication was quick and on point. If you are a light sleeper be aware of a noisy area and that you can hear everything through the walls.
We got used to that after a short time, so it wasn't a big deal for us. We spent a great time there.
