”Wonderful hospitality by Jose and Elena. Beautiful tranquil setting with breathtaking views. We were served delicious breakfast by Elena every morning with fresh bread, scones, muffins…ham and cheese, figs!!! Homemade grape and fig compote were the best!! We ordered a charcuterie board and wine when we arrived and they were great! Will stay there again next chance I get😂”

”Nice house, the description is pretty accurate. Quite comfortable for 8 people. We stayed in the mid of summer; the pool was very warm. The river was also warm and good for swimming. The things to pay attention to: - during hot days A/C works to full capacity. - the closest store is 10-15 min away, not walkable - if you are uncomfortable driving steep up/down hill, and sharp turns, consider staying elsewhere. ”

”We spent the entire month of August at this beautiful property. The house is lovely unique and has all the necessary conveniences, views of the Duoro incredible, the hosts are really helpful. The place is pretty remote and the road in is a little treacherous, so don't plan to go out at night, but staying home is delightful in this beautiful home.”

”Lovely breathtaking views and nice modern amenities made for a great stay. Responsive and friendly caretaker let us in and replied to questions immediately. Quite secluded and peaceful and about 25 minutes from Regua. Typical country roads to reach it required careful driving. It was a nice base to come home to after a long day of sightseeing, relax and enjoy the evening”

”This property is excellent if you have many family members or friends sharing a house. There were 10 of us (5 couples) and we each had our own room with bathroom. The common areas and outdoor sitting areas were spacious. The views are amazing! It is located at a vineyard and Fernanda and her family shared their wine and invited us to watch them harvest and make the wine. Fernanda is an excellent host. ”
