The room of 20m2 is in a restored house in the center of Vilanova i la Geltrú next to all kinds of shops and restaurants only 5min from Plaça de la Vila, 10min from the beach and 35km from Barcelona's Airport. It is located on the first floor without elevator. The room consists of a double bed and a complete private bathroom with shower. In the common areas you will find a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, living-dining room on the first floor and a terrace with outdoor furniture on the roof. There is equipment such as a dishwasher, Tassimo capsule coffee maker, air conditioning, winter heating, smart TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included, public parking in the surrounding area and a place with a washing machine and dryer service on the same street. Check-in takes place from 4pm using a code that we will provide you on the same day. It is a smoke-free room. Pets are accepted with an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We will be at your disposal almost 24 hours a day for anything you may need during your stay.
