The house is accessed through a small private terrace equipped with a table and two chairs. It consists of two floors and has a total of about 70 m2.
On the ground floor we find the living-dining room in which there is a double sofa bed, television and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils. on this floor we also have the bathroom with shower, equipped with towels.

A spiral-shaped wrought iron staircase allows us to access the comfortable upper floor with a sloping ceiling. In this room is the bedroom, with a double bed and a work table. There is air conditioning on both floors.

The house is located in the medieval town of Vilaür, in the heart of Alto Ampurdán, which is known to have been inhabited since prehistoric times thanks to archaeological sites.
To highlight the Romanesque church of the 13th century and some of its stately homes.

Arrival between 21:00 and 08:00 is subject to 30.00EUR late arrival fee. Departure between 00:00 and 08:00 is subject to 30.00EUR early departure fee.

Just two kilometers away is the town of Camallera, where you can find shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
