”Flew all day from alaska. They overbooked and sold our reserved room and were rude and dismissive and non helpful. There was a concert in town so all other hotels were booked. We drove around ABQ in 4 different Ubers trying to find anywhere to sleep. Finally at 330 in the morning got the last room at the motor lodge for five times its normal price (gouged) but we had no choice. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at the Hyatt place. I will be calling corporate and not going to...

It reminds me of our hotels at the beach Jersey shore. I loved the Dive bar on the premises and the choice of 3 or 4 different takeout eateries onsite as well… Overall, my stay was great and I would definitely visit The Imperial again. ”
