”I would like to commend whomever was working the front desk at 4am Sunday 7 September. Due to an overnight flight, I made a mistake and didn't actually have a reservation until 2pm that day. Although there were no rooms available she let me catch a few hours sleep on a couch in a lower level lobby. She also prioritized cleaning a room for me and I was able to check-in at 10am! I was so sleepy that I didn't catch her name, but I want her to be recognized for going above and beyond with customer...

”Wonderful hotel and experience. I had a córner room with great light. Just the right size. Good shower and bathroom. Very attentive service. Wonderful spaces around the lobby for informal meetings, quiet work or reading. The bar is a bit small, but offers service also on the terrace outside. The restaurant Amandine has a great reputation with my Chilean friends and clients. But I did not try it. ”

”Recém inaugurado estive no inicio de set/25 com meu marido e filhos pequenos e o apartamento cheirava novo. Os utensílios da cozinha ( panelas, forma, pratos, copos e talheres) aparentemente nunca tinham sido utilizados.
O apartamento é muito confortável, o prédio apresenta uma ótima estrutura com piscina aquecida e coberta, jacuzzi, academia e um ótimo café da manhã.
Os atendentes são prestativos, porém em algumas situações são confusos, acredito que com o tempo isso será será resolvido....

”The level of service was impeccable. Our flight arrived early in the morning and we were unable to check-in until later in the day. We could have easily decided to explore the city, but coming from Minnesota and having arrived on the "Red-Eye", we decided to lounge in the hotel. ”Great location, we walked to San Cristobal Hill and local dining and took a short Uber ride to the Palace, Plaza del Armas and other downtown sites. Jose organized pickup from the airport and transfers to and from Valle Nevado. The breakfast was good, tea, coffee and water available all day. Great stay.”

”Alright stay, pool is nice, but there is literally no service, no one to ask about anything. We thought it was a hotel, but must have missed something in the fine print; even the staff in the cafe below refer to it as an AirBnb. The music (and other noise) from the cafe travels to the rooms, because there is seemingly no insulation in the room doors. There is no toilet brush even though they don’t clean the rooms, and we found a pair of (some one else’s) underwear beneath the bed…you apparently...
