”First, go to a different hotel. There are better options 10-20 minutes in either direction on I-80. We did not end up staying at this location. The place is very run down even stepping in to the front lobby. The lobby area smelled like smoke. Probably didn't help that the front desk staff had been smoking at the front door. There is no way I would have eaten their breakfast there. It would have all tasted like smoke. Horrible setup. The front door itself is a potential fire hazard. This place...

”When we walked into our room the beds were not made. There was lipstick stains on the sheets, dirty wash clothes and tissues. I have a bad lwg and can't walk. Long distance so that is why I asked to be by the elevator. The room they changed us to, was down by the middle of the hall. Very disappointed with the hotel. ”

”My main concern is that they don’t provide water in the room. That 50 cent difference says a lot about whether you care about your customers or simply don’t care at all. The jacuzzi does not work, the mattress is extremely worn out and uncomfortable, so you can’t rest properly, and to make things worse, there is a constant “beep beep beep” sound all day and night. Overall, the experience was terrible, and the staff provided very poor customer service and assistance.”

”Did not feel safe at all as it looks like a drug lord rent by the hour establishment. Grass overgrown, no breakfast even though it says they do. We checked in and went to the room, opened the door, closed the door and checked out. That was the first time I have ever done that which shows what a dump it is”
