Situated as a neighbor to our Setter Haus and Hound Haus, the Fox Haus is ideal for a stay in the Show Me state. The Fox Haus hosts business travelers, solo travelers, dog show competitors, and couples looking to enjoy the greater St. Louis area.

The Fox Haus has an open living, dining, and kitchen area, and a single bedroom with a queen sized bed.

Only 7-10 minutes to the Purina Events Center, the Fox Haus is popular with guests competing at events held throughout the year, especially for those with large dogs.

BEDROOM

With crisp white linens and a deliciously comfortable bed, your sleep is high priority at the Fox Haus.

LIVING AREA

The living area features an incredibly gorgeous area rug that you want to dig your toes into when you sit back to catch up on your Netflix series. The Roku smart TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, Starz, Hulu, and more.

*Note that you will need to have your own Netflix, Hulu, Dish. etc. accounts to access those features as we do not share our accounts with you.*

The couch is easily pulled out to a luxury king size bed by Luonto.

KITCHEN

Fully equipped with all major appliances as well as several small appliances that you can't live without (i.e. Keurig, regular coffeemaker, teapot).

The Fox Haus is equipped with white place settings, solid flatware, and sleek glassware, as well as wine glasses for relaxing and children's settings for small families.

BATHROOM and LAUNDRY

With a full size washer and dryer, the bathroom is fully renovated and has bright daylight lighting. Has a shower/tub combo and plenty of space to move around.

PORCH and YARD

The yard is extensive and mainly in the front with a little in the back. The front porch has two white rockers for you to enjoy the laid back country setting.

The whole house and front yard are yours to enjoy.

NEIGHBORS

The Fox Haus shares the gravel drive and acreage with our Setter Haus and Hound Haus. You will pass by the other two homes to get to the Fox Haus. Have friends with you? Book the "Pack" of three houses together.

- Other area wineries from Union (15 minutes) to New Haven (35 minutes) to Hermann (50 minutes)
- River floating on the Huzzah River, Current River, and the Meramec River @ 30-60 minutes
- Downtown St. Louis for Cardinals baseball, Blues hockey, the Fox Theatre, the St. Louis Zoo, the Muny, the Science Center, the Art Museum, Forest Park, the City Museum, the Arch, Missouri Botanical Gardens, and much more @ 40-60 minutes

We have off street parking on the side of the house. Please do not park in front of the house and block the circle drive.

🐶 Pre-approved dogs only, dog rate is $25 per night per dog plus taxes.

- If competing at Purina Farms, please inquire about the Purina Farms dog rate
- The dog rate applies to ALL dogs on property, even those you choose not to bring inside the home

💳 Credit card must be on file in case of damages. We will send you an email to authorize a $1 hold after your booking is confirmed. This hold begins 3 days before your arrival and is released 3 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules are broken.

🚗 Drivers license will be required with our signed guest agreement after you book, along with a selfie holding your photo ID

🆔 We will perform a Guest ID verification securely through our payment processor after you book. The main purpose is to make sure no one has stolen your credit card and used it without your permission.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

You can purchase travel insurance for your reservation! The standard policy covers quite a few reasons for cancellation and applies to your whole traveling group.

Note that all new reservations have the option of purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason insurance policy besides the standard travel insurance policy. You can purchase this when you make your reservation with us, and the insurance is automatically connected to your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel before 30 days of arrival, you receive a full refund of your deposit, less a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, there is no refund.
