”Beautiful Property, Not a True Luxury Experience At $1,500+ per night, the expectation is a seamless luxury experience. Casa de Campo is visually beautiful, but service and value did not match the price. Check-in required a 25+ minute wait for a “concierge check-in”, while 2 front desk agents remained unoccupied, yet there was no meaningful property overview or proactive assistance. The room was standard at best and consistently humid. We had booked expecting a hot tub, but only select rooms...

”The Punta cana airport is one hour away from La Romana. We took a cruise out of La Romana . The Hilton Garden Inn La Romana is beautiful but the staff is extremely slow. The buffet breakfast is just so-so. Food and drinks are expensive if you aren’t doing the all-inclusive.”

”Shower head did not work told front desk did nothing. Men’s bathrooms smelled dirty door not off for two days thrn put one that didn’t fit right coffee stains up the stairs they clean once a day . Told all inclusive them get there charge for towels for pool and beach .alcohol was bottom tier junk . When ask to buy better packages said no but a bottle full price like back home shots and bottle beer us prices high food disgusting very small entertainment. My wife was getting a massage a guy came...

”The property itself is beautiful, just it is no worthy enough for the price, check in was kind bumpy I wasn’t informed of the facilities of the place, my sheet was kind dirty when I get to my room there was a cockroach in the room, after 7:pm there is no one around the front desk than can help you, overall stay was okay because we loved the view and the pools are amazing. ”

”Calificó de esta forma ya que no me pude hospedar en el lugar ya que aún teniendo reservación se me negó el servicio el personal es grosero y en cierta forma despota me enviaron a otro de sus hoteles que no cuenta ni co. Las instalaciones ni con las amenidades que tenía el que que yo reservé por lo que quedé sumamente molesta por esta acción ”

”We stayed at a studio. It is roomy for two people. Air conditioner works even though you do not need it most of the time (in March). The staff is nice and friendly. Host is very responsive. Beach is across the street. The ocean is shallow which is good for children. There are restaurants and small shops nearby.”

”A comfortable place to stay for a few nights. Nice live music in the evening by the pool and the breakfast was good. The parking lot was in a poor shape with pieces of glass lying around.”
