We ended up doing the kayaking excursion with (I think Caitlyn was her name) and hiked 2 of the trails recommended. The pool was a good temp, the kayaking was fun and informative. Nice shower. He ensured we were accommodated, comfortable, and pleased. We stayed in room 8 and 9 and can definitely say that it was better than a hotel (made it feel as if we were luxuriously camping).
