”Staff were accommodating and polite, but property needs a little TLC. This historic property smells a bit old and rusty but the bed was clean and comfy. I didn't care for the refillable bath products due to sanitary issues but that's just me! Location is safe and convenient to restaurants. I give it three stars ☆☆☆”

”We have come back time and time again! Love this place! Nothing like a small, intimate botique hotel. The rooms are lovely and the property is so beautifully maintained. It's so nice to chat with other friendly visitors in the pool or during breakfast and happy hour. But, even better than all of this is the staff! Seriously couldn't find any nicer people who truly put their hearts and souls into taking care of their guests AND the resident humming birds! This place is a gem!”

”This was the first time I stayed in Palm Springs and this cute boutique Hotel was the best. The staff was very friendly, I felt safe with the parking and the code to get into the hotel. The complementary refreshments in the room was an amazing touch, especially after a long drive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be visiting again.”
