Village of Southampton Hotellit

”This is our third time staying at the Southhampton Inn. The facilities (pool, beach shuttle, etc.) are great and the Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a great location and with an easy walk into town. The only complaint was the room/hallway smelled slightly musty. I know it is difficult keeping everything dry at the beach so that is not uncommon. Overall had a great time and hope to stay there again soon.”

”Hotel staff were more than a accommodating, the rooms were unique ,warm and welcoming, Voss waters and expresso in the room . Bedding was marvelous and the bright walk-in glass showers were clean and spacious. The hotel is Steps away from delicious food options while youe neighborhood Starbucks and CVS around the corner. Definitely would stay again ! Amazing place. Full of charm you would expect from a 400 year old property.”

”The Penny Lane was an excellent place to stay if you are visiting Hampton Bays or surrounding area. Rooms are great. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff was excellent.”

”The hotel and rooms are really nice. There is just no service. No one by the pool the bar is closed. They need more staff and then it would be great. Also, music by the pool would be nice. There was no vibe and a little boring. I went on the weekend and it should have full staff.”

”This is not a hotel. The room is clean, but it is extremely noisy. Room 1 is located directly above a billiard bar, making it very difficult to rest. There is no reception and no parking available. Overall, there is a lot of noise and the experience was disappointing.”

”The room was clean and nice. Having 4 kids with us it was upsetting that the ac in the living room didn’t work and the shower head was not functioning properly and had very low water pressure. There’s 2 tvs but only 1 remote was provided. Other than the few things we enjoyed our stay.”

”The property itself was nice, and the breakfast was good with a decent selection of options. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. There was a noticeable layer of dust on the tables, coffee machine, and even the glasses, which gave the impression that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before my stay. While the hotel has some positive aspects, housekeeping standards need improvement.”

”Place was very quiet. Staff is helpful if you had any questions. I would suggest have more lighting around because when we would take a walk at night, it was very dark. Hope to stay there again sometime”
