”There were spots on the sheets, and the door did not sit properly in its frame. The heater was also quite loud. However, the staff was very helpful and accommodating.”

”Some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel - I interacted with probably 5 different staff and they were all very personal and positive. The rooms were nice, beds were comfy, and breakfast had a nice variety! Didn’t go in the pool, kind of small and we were busy. Location was good for what we needed and some different food options nearby. ”

”Probably good for meetings but not great for a night or two staycation. Best feature - the staff, friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious rooms. Only one comfortable chair in the room so second person had to use the desk chair - comfortable but not the same. Hard to find pool - no signage in main lobby. No locker room next to pool. Hot tub was out of commission. ”

”Wow, where to start? My room was dirty- sticky debris on the floor and on the counter in the bathroom. I didn’t even want to walk in the room with my shoes and off it was so grimy. Sheets smelled clean but looked dirty (e.g. hair, stains). There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and at one point I could see it wafting in the hallway despite the rooms being non-smoking. When I mentioned something to the manager on duty he told me “not to worry about it”. There are several people using the...

”The bed was horrible. The door didnt seal and the furnace ran all night. ”

”The staff were incredible, very respectful and helpful. Unfortunately, there was no hot water to be had for the shower even though the faucet was indeed turned to ‘H’. Overall, bed was comfortable, and it was an okay place to spend a night or two for the price.”

”The front desk lady seemed to have an attitude that I checked in at 11pm I think she was sleep the room was clean overall I re washed the jet tub they provided shampoo conditioner and soap and towels the fireplace worked but the sheets and covers smelled like mildew or wet dog so we didn’t stay the night and no where on Expedia did it say I would have to pay a $50 deposit ”
