”The room was not habitable due to severe sanitation issues, including blood on the walls, visibly soiled bedding, and a non-functioning toilet. We arrived late and discovered the full extent after settling in. We notified the front desk and were offered another room, but given the severity of the conditions and health concerns, we did not feel safe remaining on the property. We vacated after one night and requested a refund for the unused nights, which was denied”

”The room looks fine but upon inspection you will see cracks and broken tile. The tub drips constantly. Prior customers clothes were left hanging on the bathroom door. The fireplace was a nice touch and it is not too noisy. For the price this is what you get. It was under $150 a night and we were there for a school graduation and all other hotels were charging $300+ a night. So this is as expected. The room was clean except for those issues mentioned. ”Clean room, close parking but you must pay for it they do five vouchers towards dinner in the hotel and staff was very friendly and welcoming at all times. ”

”Bad room conditions. Bathroom you needed to run the water for a good 5 to 10 minutes for it to get hot. Dirty stain in shower tub. Slow drain in bathroom sink. Stains in carpet. Ripped furniture. ”
