”There were roaches! They made me pay in cash. I checked out early and they refused to refund me my money. It is next to a strip club so it doesn’t feel very safe. The room cleaner slammed on the door so loud I was woken up (i was working night shift). All of the staff was rude. The rooms look like they haven’t been updated in 30 years. I found hairs and dust all over. One of the staff walked into the room and even whipped there finger across some dust and said the room was clean. I have never...

”The first room I was in had bedbugs in it, and they did switch me to a second room where the lighting was flickering throughout the night, which also smelled like smoke the male staff at the front while checking in I was very professional”

”I booked this room on Expedia and received confirmation in the morning of my reservation. At 6 PM I went to check in and was told my reservation was canceled. Of course, all they had were the Jacuzzi rooms which were more than double the price that I was quoted. I had to call several hotels to find one that had a room. I had an event that I had to be at at 8 PM and had to really scramble and was very stressed afterward. Just terrible”

”Building looked very sketchy and very rundown/unclean. We did not feel safe staying here and I ended up accepting my losses because I couldn’t cancel or get a refund. Paid for two hotels because this place didn’t feel safe in the slightest. ”

”Room was large, clean other than the fridge still had some drinks left from the last people. Standard king room with jacuzzi tub in the bathroom only had a window with only shower screen between it and the rest of the room which is weird. All in all it’s great value for what they charge. ”
