”I was mostly happy to stay here, but bed sheets and towels were not included, which is strange. We did bring our own. There was no air-conditioning, nor any fan to cool down the room. This was very quiet hotel when sleeping =))”

”Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois TĂ©lĂ©cabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. ”

”Het appartement is een prive verblijf binnen een groot app.complex. Er is niet voor lakens en handdoeken gezorgd, geen welkomst pakket, geen card voor skilockers en spa. 5 keer met Mont Blanc booking gebeld en ze beloven het, maar er kwam niks! De receptie zegt dat dit app. in privĂ© beheer is en zij geen handdoeken en lakens mogen geven 
dus geslapen zonder lakens en met handdoeken wat geĂŻmproviseerd ”

”A l’arrivĂ©, pas de code d’entrĂ©e ni la clĂ©. On a du appelĂ© plusieurs fois pour obtenir cela. 1/2h plus tard, rentĂ©e dans l’appart, surprise, le lieu n’était pas nettoyĂ©. Il y a tu des traces de chips, poussiĂšre gris au sol, sous le lit. J’ai immĂ©diatement contactĂ©, encore 1 fois, qu’il m’a dit que le lieu Ă©tait nettoyé  Il ma dit qu’il nous envoie la femme de mĂ©nage lendemain mais jamais venue, on a jamais plus entendu! Le lieu se trouve au centre de village mais le service est assez...

"Truly amazing staff, service and atmosphere, feels like home in the alps. The hotel has very comfortable public areas, including, the lobby with open fire, a very nice meeting/living room in the first floor, and pool table room. Spa room concept is cool, the reservation includes the sauna, gym and very spacious open space to hang out and cool down. The hotel is bit remote so a car is highly recommended although we survived without. The rooms on the forest side a quite small but certainly serves the purpose. "
