Cocoonr offers this recently renovated 32 m², 16ᵉ and top floor flat for rent in Villarembert. It sleeps 6 and has an unobstructed view of the slopes.

With a beautiful south-facing aspect, it benefits from optimum light throughout the day and ensures absolute tranquillity, with no neighbours above. Ideally located next to the snow front, it offers direct access to the slopes, ski in ski out.

Located on the 16th and top floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 19 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and a sleeping area. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 19 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open, fully-equipped kitchen, including a large fridge, a dolce gusto coffee maker, an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, a raclette grill...
- An alcove with a bunk bed (two double beds 140x200)
- Bathroom with shower, towel warmer and washing machine
- A separate WC

Children's kit: consisting of a cot, a chair booster, a toilet seat reducer, 1 plate and a set of cutlery.

Outside:
- A 4 m² balcony with a view of the slopes. Furniture available to enjoy the sunny days (table and two chairs as well as two deckchairs).

A ski locker is also available during your stay!

For your added comfort, the owners provide the following facilities: hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

An electric car recharging point is also available in a car park near the residence.

The flat is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

On the ground floor of the building, direct access to the covered walkway takes you to the shops, mini-market and delicatessen, as well as the heated swimming pool, sauna and gym (entrance fee payable).

Activities :
- A wide range of activities are available: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog-led sleigh rides, ski school 600 metres away, mountain biking, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park on site (electric terminal available) or free of charge near the accommodation (public car park at the foot of the building).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Saint-Jean de Maurienne SNCF train station 25 minutes away by car
- Chambéry airport: 1h15 by car (shuttle service available from the airport)
