”We loved the house and yard. Very quiet neighborhood, which we preferred. It’s a long walk to beach, so you might consider driving, but no parking issues. Anthony was easy to contact. Outdoor shower needs stronger water flow. But our bad we didn’t tell him about that. overall would highly recommend”

”Cozy beach house with beautiful view! Saw fox, eagle, and many species of birds. Nicely decorated in light colors. I love that i could see the nature preserve and water from the small window in the shower! The bay and beach is a short walk, a few minutes away. Nice roomy deck and enclosed porch offered lovely evening breezes. Wonderful sunset from the deck every night. A quiet area with friendly neighbors.”

”The blue fig is a charming cottage in a great location. It’s full of amenities, spotless, and within walking distance to everything. The property manager is very nice and communicative - she even offered to bring us extra beach toys for the kids. We loved sitting on the front porch and hanging in the fenced side yard. Super dog friendly - make sure to check out the dog beach! Would rent it next time along with the bee cottage.”

”This is a great property in the heart of Avalon! It is very clean, has everything you need to relax at the beach, make dinner, get a good night’s sleep. It has lots of comfortable beds, bikes & beach towels galore. Walking distance to the beach and coffee shops, grocery store, bakeries, restaurants. Fantastic hosts - very responsive. They went out of their way for us. We will be back!”
