On the ground floor:

- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… with a dining area
- A shower room (with shower and toilet)

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 4: with a single bed and a pull-out bed
- Bedroom 5: with four single beds, pushed together to form double beds
- A bathroom (with bath, shower and toilet)
- A separate toilet

- A 32 m² studio comprising a sleeping area with a king-size bed (180×200), a sitting area and a study area, along with a bathroom (with bath and toilet). The studio has private external access.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
