VillaFranche is located in the charming village of Villefranche-du-Périgord, in the south of the Dordogne, between the Dordogne and Lot rivers. The hilly, wooded surroundings are perfect for walking, cycling, and enjoying peace, nature, and local cuisine. The region is rich in history: in the Périgord Pourpre, you can discover the vineyards of Monbazillac and Pécharmant, the historic city of Bergerac, and beautiful bastides such as Monpazier, Beaumont, and Eymet. The Périgord Noir is known for its UNESCO-listed caves, impressive castles, and picturesque villages like Domme, Beynac, and La Roque-Gageac.



VillaFranche is a detached holiday home of 494 m² on a 7,000 m² plot, offering complete privacy. Shops, restaurants, a bank, a tobacconist, a public swimming pool, and a fishing pond are just a 5-minute walk away.



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two single beds. For up to 10 guests, there are two toilets, two showers, a bathtub, and two cooktops, one with an oven. Two terraces, a balcony, garden furniture, a barbecue, and shutters provide comfort. Wi-Fi is included. The TV works only with a DVD player. A cot and high chair are available on request. In the area, you can walk, cycle, canoe, ride horses, and enjoy the local cuisine. Events are not permitted.
