”The room was exactly like the photos, perfect for one person. The host was available and replied to my messages very fast, always making sure that I was enjoying my stay. The location, personally, couldn't have been better! I was at 3 minutes from the office, on top of that you are pretty much in the center of Le Marais, so you have everything at your disposal at a short walk for the apartment. I was really happy, and will definitely consider coming back.”

”Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

”Sehr schönes und grosszügiges Appartement, fantastische Lage. Mittendrin und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Nachbarn oben rückten jedoch bis Mitternacht Möbel umher, was den Schlaf nicht möglich machte. Das Bett war jedoch super bequem! Die Küche ist mittelmässig ausgestattet (nur 3 Gabeln, keine kleinen Löffel), Geschirr war teilweise dreckig. Wir würden dennoch auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.”

”So many issues with this booking. First of all the keys. The key locker is a block away- fine, but the owners/property managers have not set up the locker correctly. What should be easy - they give you a code (ahead of time please) and the key lock should pop open. They have complicated the issue by making YOU connect to an app (this is for the OWNER - clearly they don't know how to use the system) where you are supposed to leave a Credit card etc. SO MANY ISSUES WITH THIS PROCESS. ”Alloggio in posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Republique da cui si accede a diverse linee metro. Piazza molto frequentata soprattutto da manifestanti. Unica pecca l'assenza di detersivo per la lavatrice, mi ha dato una mano una signora che sta lì ma che non ho capito se era una portiera del palazzo oppure no. ”When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”

”Great communication from David and loved the flexibility in allowing us to drop off our luggage before checkin. Good location for the price, however, as others have mentioned, the room smelled quite musty. I’m unsure if it was due to the rain when we were there, but there were ants everywhere. They crawled onto the sofa bed and the side table (even when we didn’t have food on the table), making it a quite uncomfortable and disappointing stay.”

"Good hotel on good area in Paris. Hotel breakfast is not that good for the price but across the street there is nice brasserie where the breakfast is better and cheaper. Check-in time was at 2pm but the room was not still ready even though we arrived early and asked if we can get the earlier check-in. Ended up not paying for it and good so as the room was not ready until 3pm. The room was nice, basic. The showers water pressure is a bit low so taking a shower took longer. The bedsheet has a plastic wrapping under it that made the bed really uncomfortable to sleep in. For the price and the location it's still a good hotel and will most probably come back. Fully accessible with wheelchair and nice helpful staff."

"2 night trip where hotel wasn't the main reason for travelling. Served it's job as a bed for a decent price in that overvalued and overrated city. Bed was nice, everything else wasn't. If you are going to Paris, my advice is just don't go to the city at all, save your money and go somewhere else and get a real nice hotel for the same price"
