Small village house in Catalonia: Le Souleillou, beaches 7 mn away

This small house perfectly meets the needs of a small family or a couple... I fell under its spell but even more, under the irresistible charm of a seaside region 1 hour from the mountains and an hour from Spain.
It is located in the heart of a traditional agricultural village perfectly renovated with all its services and its southern charm, its Hispanic bell tower with corbelling.
Radiating cycle paths put it 15 minutes from the sea by bike.

I am delighted to welcome you to our home to that you enjoy the place and the environment as well as possible.
The house, located in a pedestrian cul-de-sac, rises on three levels.

On the first floor, you will find the toilet, the shower room, the laundry room but also a large space reserved for bicycles
On the first floor our living room (sofa bed) with equipped kitchen area.
On the second floor, 2 bedrooms, one of which is unfurnished... your bedroom is equipped with spacious closets and a king size bed.
Each living area is equipped with an air conditioning module for better comfort.
If you want to isolate yourself to work, a small bedroom is available. ( to see with Emilie)

The accommodations are located in Villelongue-de-la-Salanque, in the heart of French Catalonia, 6 minutes by car from the beaches of Sainte-Marie-la-mer (or fully secure cycle path), 10 minutes from Canet-en-Roussillon, 15 minutes from Perpignan,
37 minutes from Collioure, Le Perthus is 53 mn, Font Romeu is 102mn.

During your stay, according to your tastes, it can be enhanced with exceptional moments:

- Discovery of the territory and heritage
-Local gastronomy,
- Hiking trails and
- Aquatic and fun activities for young and old.

To access the house and drop off your belongings, you can park temporarily in front of the house. After that, you can park in the available spaces in the adjacent streets or in the public parking lots that are not charged. (rue du Printemps opposite the village hall)

Émilie will be waiting for you to settle in and give you the keys.

The travelers we welcome will have to respect certain instructions that I will remind you here:

- No noise after 10 p.m.,
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation,
Leave the premises clean before leaving

- Parties not allowed,

- Only the number of people indicated at the time of booking is allowed in the accommodation,
