Its location is ideal for fishing enthusiasts, those who enjoy relaxing by the river (200 meters away, unsupervised swimming area), and those who simply want to unwind on a pleasant sheltered terrace (20 m²).

The cottage includes a garage and a 75 m² enclosed courtyard with a 20 m² paved terrace.
