Côté Verger - VILLENEUVE

Located in the village of Villeneuve de Blaye, a small village a few kilometers from the Corniche road between the citadels of Blaye and Bourg, our "Côté Verger" cottage is nestled in a pleasant, green setting, a true invitation to relax. Situated within our property, which also includes our main residence, the cottage is housed in former, fully restored outbuildings. Set on one level, it features a shaded terrace with garden furniture and an adjoining garden filled with trees and flowers. The cottage offers all the comforts you need for a comfortable stay. It includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and lounge area (sofa with extra pull-out beds), a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, and a bathroom with a large shower and toilet. A crib, high chair, and bathtub are also available for your baby. The accommodation has reversible air conditioning. The cottage is non-smoking. Parking is available outside the property (free parking on the street in front of the property); it is also possible to park a small vehicle on the property (narrow passage). Our little Westie dog may come and meet you during your stay. Bed linens are included in the price. Towel rental and end-of-stay cleaning are available (fee-based services). We are available on Saturdays and Sundays from 4:30 p.m. and other days of the week from 6:30 p.m. Gas for cooking (if the hob uses this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, electricity, and heating Bed linens and kitchen towels provided
