We called the front desk around 12:30 am to cpmplain and the lady said she would call the police to complain, but the music continued. This was on a Saturday night, so the hotel is probably peaceful on weeknights.”

No conditioner, no microwave, no iron, no closet. There weren't extra sheets/ pillows for the pull-out couch (although they were delivered promptly when requested). The "complimentary pastries and coffee in the lobby" mentioned on the website are only available on Mondays, which was a dissapointing surprise upon arriving....
