The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, island bench, making it ideal for preparing meals and gathering together. Two separate lounge areas, both with Smart TVs offer plenty of space to unwind. Ducted air conditioning ensures comfort throughout the home, while well-appointed bedrooms provide a restful place to recharge, including a private master suite upstairs with its own ensuite.



Outdoors, enjoy easy alfresco dining on the front balcony with views of Jervis Bay. An outdoor shower adds extra convenience after a day at the beach, completing the effortless coastal lifestyle this home offers.

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.



> What is included?

Jervis Bay Rentals provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.



The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is surface cleaner, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dish cloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like glad wrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics and often more, including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.



Bathrooms have as a minimum shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.



There are laundry detergent sheets supplied for the washing machine.



Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost. Unfortunately the property doesn't have enough linen and towels for infants. Please bring your own if required.
