”For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it. Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old...

”All was going well on arrival. Showed flight details for the following day Free inc Airport transfer but following day guy on desk said I had to pay and said he’d ordered. He stated I had said I would sort out my own the previous day. I did not! Seems like a scam when I had already discussed the day before. I ordered my own Grab. Only booked this hotel as I free transfer to airport without any supposed hassle! Poor service.”

”I really wish I would have been able to stay longer than just one night. The owners are super sweet and wants to chat etc. So it is a very social place to stay, there are some small restaurants etc close by. As they are renovating it might be a bit noisy at times but for me I didn't mind. Would definitely recommend coming here!”
