On the ground floor house has kitchen with large terrace and beautiful sea view. This terrace (about 30 m2) is an open living room and our guests like it very much. On the first floor there is bathroom with toilet and shower, two bedrooms with two beds each, living room with double bed and one auxiliary bed. There is also balcony on the first floor (25 m2). Large terrace (30 m2) on the ground floor has a barbecue. Around the house there are fig and olive trees and another mediteranien plants.
Third terrace is intended for sunbathing and it is close to beach and sea.
In front of the house, there is an open parking place, and two parking places in the garage.
There is a sunbathing area on the coast, reserved for guests. beach and terraces have beautiful views of the open sea.
