3 hehtaarin kauniit näkymät Grand Lake, eteläpäässä, Oklahoma.

Tässä perinteisessä järven talossa on avoin keittiö ja kaksi oleskelutilaa, makuuhuone on yläkerrassa täynnä kylpyamme ja kansi. Näköalasta on kolme kannet, joista poreallas tarjoaa yhden parhaista!

Kiinteistössä on myös puutalo, joka nukkuu 4, ja sitä voi vuokrata lisäksi tai erikseen.

Peitetty telakka, jossa on sukelluslauta ja tikkaat, on saatavana kahdella täydellä veneluiskeella ja kelluvalla luisulla henkilökohtaiseen vesikulkuneuvoon. Täysi kanootti, jossa on meloja, on käytettävissä käytettäväksi milloin tahansa yhdessä 14 jalkaa olevan purjeveneen kanssa. 10 x 20 jalkaa kelluvaa uima-alustaa on saatavana. Toimitetaan rajoitetusti: pelastusliivit, kelluvat, kalastusvälineet.

Absolutely stunning property. The house is charming and with ample room for gathering or finding a quiet space off on your own. The house is full of art, books, games and you can tell many generations made memories there together. A truly special place. My team was there for work, so didn't spend much time at the house during the day but it was fully stocked and perfect for making delicious meals and getting a restful night's sleep.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and everything was in perfect condition.The deck and all outdoors was awesome, great for fun with the family and relaxing on the decks.The dock could use some repairs but was functional and well equipped for fun through the day.Overall, amazing. Annual Family Reunion

We love that the property is not in a neighborhood. Communication with the property manager is excellent if we have any questions during our stay. Wide variety of activities for children of all ages and adults. Our family has enjoyed this property year after year.

Our family loved this property. It's on the water with a beautiful view. The house is a cozy, cabin feel just like the lake should be. There is a true tree house with A/C and beds for kids or extra teens or adults. The property is quiet and private with lots of land around it. They have all the amenities including the freezer in the house and outside full of bags of ice ready for a week or weekend on the lake. We will be back for sure! The host could not have been more helpful with everything and anything we needed.

Lovely home and property for a lake getaway! Huge house with plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Well stocked kitchen and a gas and pellet grill. The kids loved the lily pad and swimming off the dock! The hot tub was a huge hit too. We encountered lots of ticks but discovered it was tick season so we just kept a close eye on everyone and it was fine. Great spot for a lake getaway!

Great getaway on Grand Lake

Positive stay

3 families gathered in middle location for a weekend of fun.This place had it all: views, amenities, games, activities, privacy, enough rooms and bathrooms. We had plenty of room and space for 19 of us. The only downside was the mice issue, apparently bc we are some of the first renters for the season. We didn’t see any mice while we’re there, only remnants upon our arrival.Otherwise, Tom was very easy to work with and would still recommend this place.

Great Family Getaway

A Treasure on Grand Lake

Our family of 14 (children, grandchildren, my husband and I) arrived at the lake, ready to play, relax, and reconnect. This beautiful space on the lake was more than we could imagine! Someone has opened up a very special home and amazing treehouse for others to experience and enjoy. What a gift!!

Reunion

Had a fantastic 5 day stay Toms house for a family reunion. This house might be the most secluded waterfront property on Grand Lake. Everything was fully stocked and Tom was extremely quick to respond. I will definitely be renting again

Family Week

We have one full week in our year that all of our kids and grandkids are able to set aside and gather in one place. This is a great place with fun for all of the ages of our grandkids. Tom has always been a great host…helpful in every situation that has come up.

This was our second year back and it was as good as the first! The home has lots of space for big groups to spread out and just as many amenities to keep everyone of all ages entertained. All at a fair piece and the host is very easy to work with and accomadating.

Amazing, Secluded Lake Vacation

We had the most amazing time at the lake house. We had family from ages 7-76 staying for a week. There was plenty of space/beds/bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked, we just needed to provide the food! There was an extra fridge and freezer for overflow, which was great so we could keep everything chilled. Everyone swam and fished from the dock. We rented a pontoon boat for two days and explored the lake and went tubing. One family member is mobility challenged but the house was perfect for him: he had full access to the first floor, and we drove him down to the dock so he could spend the day with everyone too. We had s'mores around the firepit in the evenings as the sun set. The property is secluded. The only other people we saw were off in the distance on the lake, boats that anchored near the cove. That was perfect for us and exactly what we were looking for. Communication with Tom was easy and prompt. Would highly recommend!

Family Getaway

Our group of 11 was looking for fishing, swimming, privacy and space to be together. This property had everything we could have wanted and was beautiful as well. The wildlife was abundant and the fishing was good. Would highly recommend this space for a family or friends group as it had plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms, as well as large common areas. The host was accommodating and responsive to our questions and needs.

Annual Mothers Day trip

We had a pleasant weekend meeting my mom, sisters, aunts and nieces who are all now mothers, 14 total. They came in from Colorado (flew to Tulsa) Arkansas, North Central and Eastern Kansas and Nebraska. Plenty of spaces to gather. We all really enjoyed it and the host Tom was super great to work with.
