”We stay there 2 to 3 times a year. We love everything about it. Just name it, and it's excellent. The only thing that may be less than excellent is the bed height—a little too tall for my elderly mother. We'll kind of for me too, since I'm a short guy. But that's our issue. We love the place. We will continue going there.”

”The hotel was lovely, however our room was not ready for us upon check in. We were given our keys and we went up to the room to find it was still in the process of being cleaned. There was another couple there who encountered this problem as well. We waited in the lobby a half hour for our room to be ready. ”

”It looked nothing like the picture. Noisy. Bed was terrible. I was charged an extra $30 they called a Destination fee. When I called to ask them to remove they argued about it. Expedia says it’s an all inclusive price. They are taking advantage.”

”This is an excellent hotel for the price. The common areas are well appointed, the rooms have good amenities, and the hotel location is convenient to Morro Bay, Cambria, and Hearst Castle.”

”Beautiful property, nice and quiet. Rooms were very pretty too. The one thing we didn't like was the lighting in the bathroom was Not Good for putting on makeup and for my husband to shave. The bathroom lighting was way too dim over the sink.”

”The property was very well kept and clean. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The property is right next to the highway, however it was very quiet and we were surprised to not hear any noise from the highway. The pool/hot tub area was perfect. Nice mellow but upbeat music, perfect temps and delicious food/drink options. Bed was comfy, room is adorable with a mini electric fireplace. We plan on staying here anytime we are in the area. ”

”We loved our stay at the Geneseo Inn. The property is beautiful and peaceful. The staff is so welcoming and the room was wonderful. The restaurant on site is within walking distance and has delicious wine and food. The chef prepared breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be back to stay in the future.”

”Super comfy and cute rooms. Very clean. Everything you need for great nights sleep and even some extras. Clean, comfy beds. Good bathroom with nice showers. Real glasses and coffee cups big enough to hold an actual cup of joe. No coffee maker in the room but breakfast opens at 7.They even have fire pits on until at least 10 in the center island as well as private tables near the rooms. Couple of blocks to the town square-definitely walkable. Breakfast is small but works-yogurt, granola, coffee...

”Hotel Cheval is a wonderful hotel that is beautiful, intimate and relaxing. Each room has access to the courtyard that has two large fireplaces, cozy sitting areas, a classic library space with a candy bar. The free breakfast is fabulous. The hotel is right in town so close to the center square and all the restaurants. The Pony Bar, which is part of the hotel has a great atmosphere and music at night. The hotel is pricey but but well worth it. ”
