Bedroom You have access with garden furniture, 3 tables, 10 chairs, 2 sunloungers and parasol. Kitchenette in the living room with electric cooker and washing machine.

Grižane. The holiday home is situated on an enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a wall. Holiday home furnished and renovated in Mediterranean style. The building is located on a family property, which is enclosed on all sides by a stone wall. Due to the thick stone walls, it offers maximum privacy and a lovely atmosphere during your stay. With its tranquillity and cosiness, this house invites you to visit and linger. This holiday home consists of one floor (1st floor), a beautiful courtyard and a covered terrace with barbecue facilities. The ground floor of the house is not used and is not offered. From the courtyard and terrace there is a beautiful view of nature and the wonderful blue sea of our Kvarner Bay. The nature in the surrounding area is wild, a true coastal landscape, yet it is beautiful and offers countless opportunities for an active holiday with the popular motto of the Vinodol region “One step to the sea, two to the snow”. On the nearby coast in Crikvenica there are: beaches with sand, pebbles, stones, rocks and a plateau, dog beach, tennis, fishing, diving, water sports, boat hire. Horse riding is available in Tribalj, 5 km away. A beautiful view of the mountains offers the possibility to go to Lukovo and to other mountain peaks such as Viševica, in winter to the famous ski resort Platak, which in summer is a beautiful nature park, to Gorski Kotar, known for its natural beauty, lakes, the source of the Kupa River. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
