The ground floor with access to the terrace offers a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. From the kitchen you have access to the front terrace which is partly covered. In the living area there is a sofa bed for 2 persons and a small study. An external staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a hallway.
Outside there are two terraces with seating, a large parking area for up to 4 cars, a large garden and a beautiful 200 m² pool area with a 32 m² swimming pool. The covered terrace to the front of the house is 60 m². This is equipped with table and chairs for 8 people, a barbecue and a small sink. The house is located in a quiet and idyllic setting and for this reason is not suitable for party holidaymakers.
