Villa Hiltrud has recently reopened. Villa Hiltrud is located right on the beach on the island of Vir. The island of Vir is approximately 25 km from Zadar. Within a 500-meter radius, you’ll find bars, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and a supermarket. Villa Hiltrud is situated directly on the beach. Distance to the sea: approximately 10 meters. All apartments have a direct ocean view. Amenities include: All apartments feature keyless entry via code, as well as two TVs with Wi-Fi connectivity, a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and fully automatic coffee maker; some also include a dishwasher. The bedrooms feature high-quality box-spring beds with a pull-out 42-inch TV, as well as a DAB Bluetooth radio with an alarm clock, a smartphone charging station by the bed, a reading lamp, and a dimmer light. Additionally, the rooms include a safe, a TV in the living room, air conditioning, and heating. The living room features a box-spring couch that can be converted into a bed. There is a seating area in the kitchen. All bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The rental price includes bed linens, tourist tax, and final cleaning for a minimum stay of 6 nights. For guests booking fewer than 6 nights, we charge a one-time final cleaning fee of 49 euros.
