”I love staying at the Ritz in st Thomas. More than anything we enjoy the employees. They are always helpful and make the trip worth it. I traveled there 2 years ago and I noticed several cut backs and things that they could improve on. For instance the serve the same food every single day for breakfast potatoes, bacon/sausage and eggs. They need to add pancakes and French toast because the food gets boring. The have different options for the lunch/ dinner snacks but again not very family kid...

”Staff always where's there to order us a cab and give us advice as to the island, and the water was consistently warm without troubles. I like how they're complimentary breakfast was not just a series of cereals and cold cuts, but was actually cooked. Small, but appreciated and with a lovely view. I can add the emphasize how beautiful the the rooftop, where there was both a pool, a bar, and a restaurant, truly was and especially at night. Stairs were not that big a problem, but for the elderly...

”Beautiful vistas from many of the rooms. Located on a hill like many of the properties on the island. Walking virtually impossible due heavy traffic, inconvenience sidewalks and steep inclines... so a cab or rental car necessary daily. Best for an extended stay.”
