We can’t say enough about Serenity Now! Exquisite ocean-to-bay views are just the beginning of what is offered by this professionally decorated corner condo. Fine furnishings throughout compliment a well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The living room is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV and comfortable seating for all to enjoy. The convenient location also indulges guests with its breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Two sliding doors off the living room open out to the expansive wraparound balcony which offers cushioned seating, a dining table, and a coffee table - perfect for relaxing and dining alfresco while watching dolphins play in the ocean and seabirds riding the breezes.

There are five smart TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. The main bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a double-sink granite vanity separate from the bathing area. The main bedroom is oceanfront, so you can watch the sunrise from the comfort of the king bed or fall asleep to the soothing sound of the surf. A newly installed washer/dryer is also available for any laundry needs. Newer upgrades include a shiplap wall with heat-producing fireplace and bunk beds with pull out trundle.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
