Viehättävä merenranta, Vibe-alue, Convention Center Executive Townhouse

Keskeisellä paikalla Virginia Beachin lomakeskuksessa. 2 korttelin päässä Boardwalk / Oceanfront -kadulta toivotulla Virginin rannan Vibe-alueella. Myös 3. 5 korttelin päässä kongressikeskuskompleksista.
Tässä suuressa kolmen kerroksen rannatalohuoneistossa on 4 makuuhuonetta (4. makuuhuone on kytketty Master-sviittiin). Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on 2 makuuhuonetta ja kylpyhuone: 1. huoneessa on kaksi täyttä vuodetta, toisessa huoneessa on 1 queen-vuode. Kolmas taso sisältää ylellisen Master-sviitin (1) king-vuoteella ja siihen on kytketty 4. makuuhuone kahdella (2) erillisellä vuoteella. Kiinteistöllä on iso 2. tason patio pois pääasiallisesta asumisesta, ja se on täydellinen paikka nauttia ranta-auringosta ja suolaisesta ilmasta. Kolmas taso on päällään Master Suite.

Talo on täysin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset nautinnolliselle lomalle. Siinä on premium-kaapeli, joka antaa sinulle pääsyn yli 300 kanavalle ja kaikille elokuvakanaville (HBO, Showtime, Cinnemax jne.). Keittiö on täysin varustettu lautasilla, hopeaesineillä, lasilla, viinilasilla, mikroaaltouunilla, Keurig-kahvinkeittimellä, tehosekoittimella, leivänpaahdin, astianpesukone.

Minuutin kävelymatka joihinkin Virginia Beachin trendikkäimmistä ravintoloista, baareista, kahviloista, taidestudioista ja jopa tislaamosta. Ranta on aivan kadulla. Kaikki kuvat rannasta otettiin 18. kadun rannan tukiasemasta (2. 5 korttelin päässä talosta).

Sure, here’s a clearer and more polished version:⸻The property was spacious, clean, and in a great location. Communication with the host was responsive and attentive. One small suggestion: it would’ve been nice to have basic shower essentials like shampoo and body wash. Also, just a heads-up—the twin beds are located in the closet area of the master bedroom.

Excellent Location!

My extended family traveled for a graduation at the nearby Virginia Beach Convention Center. We were thrilled to be within walking distance of the beach. The house had all necessary amenities and more!

Extended Weekend Stay

Great location (Vibe District) and the house was perfect for our family. The host was very responsive and provided thorough details for check in and property information. We will definitely stay here again the next time we got to Virginia Beach.

Wonderful property and host

Wonderful house for our party of 9! Had everything we needed… clean, comfortable furnishings, great location, amazing restaurants, quiet street. Plus the host is super responsive. Looking forward to renting again.

Quality issues not portrayed in the photos

I rented this place for myself, my wife, our two young kids (10mo. and 3y/o), and my brother and his fiancé when we were all in town for the weekend for my grandmother’s 100th birthday. Before we even checked in, contact and responses with the owner, Josh, was prompt and detailed. Lots of mention of following the multitude of rules required for them to maintain their short term rental status with the city. I figured with all these rules and the pictures on the posting, the place would be well-kept. The carpet throughout the house is covered in stains and just generally looks filthy. In the upstairs room, the bed frame is pulling apart at the joints and honestly looks like it’s about to fall apart. The blinds in that room are barely hanging on and there are many places throughout the room and in the bathroom where there are small holes in the wall. In the kitchen, I don’t know what happened to the counter by the sink, but the granite has been completely cracked off and is held together by packaging tape. There is mildew in the caulking all around the kitchen sink. In the downstairs room when you first walk in there was trash under the beds. We were only there for a couple nights and spent very little time in the actual house so everything mentioned above was manageable for our stay, but we spent time at another Vrbo rental the rest of our family stayed at literally around the corner on Mediterranean Ave that was the same price and so much nicer.

Wonderful place

It was an easy process to rent and perfectly equipped for our needs. The walk to the beach was a bit long but doable. 18th street is a good spot. My favorite shops are on 21st st and up. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Great Experience

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Josh was friendly and made sure the home had everything we needed. All we had to do was bring ourselves and some food of course. We hated to leave. Looking forward to visiting again.

Wonderful Family Beach Vacation

The house is in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from the beach, restaurants and other activity. There was enough space for our family group of 10 to be together and have privacy too! Clean and well equipped kitchen and laundry. Plenty of bath and beach towels made the extras I brought unnecessary! There were even beach toys for the kids and sand chairs too! Josh and Kim quickly responded to my inquiries. We had a fantastic time!

Great place

This place was great- location was perfect just 2 blocks from the beach. This made it easy to walk back for lunch or if anyone needed a break from the sun. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels were so nice to have. There were plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance so you didn't have to drive to much. The house itself was perfectly clean and spacious for the 7 of us that stayed there. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home we rented for the weekend. It had a very large kitchen and living room with plenty of space for everyone. It’s convenient location is just blocks from the beach that worked out well for the family. There was plenty of off street parking for our cars. The lovely large deck off the living room Overlooked a landscaped garden. We highly recommend this home.

Great Beach House

Great house in a great location

The house was great with room enough for adults, teens, and kids. Lots of parking and it was nice and quiet in the evening. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach (just a short two block walk to one of the least crowded areas of the beach) and the up-and-coming Vibe District which boasted coffee shops and breweries. The owner was in constant communication from booking to checkout and took care of any issues and answered questions promptly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend staying here with your family if you’re in Virginia Beach!
