The pictures shown in the website are totally false. The bed was filthy, looks like the sheets were not washed. We used own towels. The staff, particularly RON, was very disrespectful and totally unprofessional. We booked 2 nights to stay but when we check-in on the first night, we noticed that the bathroom tiles were not draining well, pool of water are on the floor. So the following day, we told and front desk and requested to be transferred to another cleaner room. The staff, Ron, gave us 30 minutes to pack all our things so we can transfer to another room. That we appreciated, but when the key card he gave us did not work, my husband went back to see him. He was already upset, stating he is the only person working that time and he can not be bothered to attend to our request. He tried to open the room with his master key but when we tried the new key card he gave it the door did not open. In his frustration, he threw out the key card on the parking area. So rude, unprofessional, very inappropriate behavior
for someone working in service industry. That's when we cancelled our reservation for that night and looked for somewhere else to stay. We are from out of state and was in Virginia to see our dying uncle. So please do yourself a favor and never book here.
