Kävelymatkan päässä kongressikeskuksesta, rannasta, kahviloista, ravintoloista ja aktiviteetteista, tämä on todella paras sijainti mihin tahansa matkaan!

Tämä talo on upouusi, huippuluokan viimeistely ja mukavuudet. Nauti itse kirjautumisesta avuksesi kätevällä elektronisella ovenlukolla. Kodissa on 4 makuuhuonetta ja 3. 5 kylpyhuonetta, ja se mukavasti majoittaa ryhmän, jolla on monia erillisiä tiloja nauttia toistensa yrityksestä. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on tilava olohuone ja täysin varusteltu gourmet-keittiö, jolla on iso saari. Kaikissa huoneissa on tv. Toisessa kerroksessa on 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa king-size-vuoteet - tilavassa makuuhuoneessa on parveke ja oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös king-size-vuode ja kylpyhuone. Kolmannessa kerroksessa on huone, jossa kerrossänky, täydet sängyt ylä- ja alaosassa. Huoneiden välissä on toinen asuintila, jossa on mukavat sohvat ja huonekalut. Neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode. Molemmat huoneet jakavat yläkerran kylpyhuoneen. Mukana toimitetulla rannalla varustetulla varusteella, nopeallä WIFI: llä, kahvilalla ja muulla, tästä tulee uusi go-spot!

The stay was great. Spacious enough for all six of us to spend time together and spread out when needed. The number of tvs in the place was fantastic. The kitchen was great. The townhouse had the amenities of a hotel plus so much more. We really enjoyed the space and the stay!

Birthday Weekend

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend birthday celebration. The house was absolutely beautiful and had plenty of room for all 10 of us! It was just a few blocks walk to the beach, and there wonderful restaurants within walking distance as well! I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Clean and spacious

Lots of room for our extended family. Very clean and host responded very quickly to our questions. Nice location close to boardwalk activities and restaurants. Stayed during off season so parking was cramped but it worked out.

Best rental ever!

The rental process was easy, management company was very prompt in responses to my questions. The house was very clean, it’s decorated beautifully, the kitchen has all the tools you need. I cook every meal for four days in that kitchen, loved it! The location is perfect super easy to get to and from the beach and the extra beach supplies were super useful and in great condition! I would highly recommend this rental.

good times!

the house itself was perfect for our group. the pictures were as described and it was stocked with most everything we needed. the only issues we had were the number of fruit flies that seemed to be hovering around (it felt like we had to kill a couple every morning) and the carpet on the stairs was a little worn and stained, which was probably because of how popular this rental is. the location was great and it only took a few minutes to walk to the boardwalk and the beach with the kids. thanks sierra and team for all your help throughout the whole process. we had a good time.

Nice place

The house is beautiful inside and very spacious. There were 10 of us in our group and the house never felt tight. There was plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and cups to support the whole family. The location of the house is good for beach going but its also bad because its on the main road coming into ocean front so you get a lot of road noise in the front bedroom. Parking was a lil rough for us as well. There are a total of 3 parking places for the house, two of them are in the back alley where you have to squeeze two vehicles into a single lane parking spot. Whichever vehicle goes in first is stuck until the other vehicle is moved. This was a slight inconvenience for us. The third parking spot is out in front of the house on the extremely busy street. Convenient location to the house but scary for the people getting out on the passenger side because of the fast moving cars. If you have more than three cars like we did you're going to have to find 24 hour parking somewhere else which is like 7 blocks away. If i would have known about the location and parking before hand i probably would not have rented the home. So that being said, now that ive stayed in the home i would rent it again. These were only inconveniences, but the beauty, cleanliness and size of the interior make up for it. Overall great place that supports a lot of people in one location.

great great house! awful location right onthe main road leading into the beach, and we could not watch any network channels live, just netflix and hulu etclastly this is out of the owner control but VB reeks of pot smoke! literally everywhere you go. never again!

Great Beach Getaway

Great location, clean property, and plenty of space for our family of 6. The property manager was very friendly and checked in to ensure we were comfortable. There was some noise on the main street but nothing that prevented us from sleeping at night. We would definitely stay again.

A Cappella Club Retreat

Scheduled a visit to VB with my college a cappella club. Sierra was incredibly helpful and responsive, the check in process was seamless, and the house was absolutely beautiful. Plus it’s barely 2 blocks from the boardwalk. Absolutely no complaints what so ever, it was a great find and I know everyone in the group had an awesome time. Thank you Sierra!

Beautiful home! Having linens & towels (including beach towels) was a big plus. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap,, TP were provided in every bathroom. House is located close to everything.

Family Vacation - First Timer's Renting a Beach House

This was the first time we rented a beach house for our vacation and the house was perfect!! The home was extremely clean, spacious and well equipped and organized. We were a family of six. Our children are all in their 20's and this house was the perfect rental for us. The rooms were large and we did not feel as though we were on top of one another. We loved the kitchen area and large kitchen table. It was great for playing games and cards. We were able to walk to restaurants, bars and miniature golf as well as the beach. Love the beach gear the homeowner supplied, especially the wagon. I will mention for families with young children, the house is on a busy (sometimes loud) road. There is also no backyard or grassy area for kids to play. However, for our family the home was perfect. We had a wonderful time staying in this house and a great vacation in VA Beach!!

Amazing Stay

This property was perfect for our family reunion! The unit was bigger than expected and had all the necessities. Easy checking process and great WiFi. The teenagers loved the 3rd floor hangout area and the kitchen table was perfect for our evening card games. The place was beautifully decorated and everything was in great shape. All rooms had TV for individual down time. The beach was a short easy walk and the provided beach accessories were much appreciated (wagon, cooler, chairs and boogie boards). We were close to many restaurants and activities. The unit is off a busy street but you really didn’t notice the traffic from inside. Parking is limited but that was clearly identified in the description. We highly recommend this place!

Very nice House

This house was immaculate clean and beautiful in decor. It paid attention to various small details that just made the rental special. Love the coffee pods detail, the items in each bathroom to use and all the linens provided for each bed. The TV on each level also helped each family feel a sense of privacy and options. We also appreciated the dining area where the kids or adults can sit on the island vs the formal dining. We love the kitchen’s versatile design. We cooked a few times because since it was July 4th week, a lot of the restaurants were not doing takeout due to the volume of people and short staff during this 2021 season. The beach Buggy and wagon were also a nice touch. Along with the house way you get into the house. We really appreciated how clean everything was when we arrived. The property manager responds quickly to any questions. We gave the location a 4- star because it’s on a busy road and it did get pretty loud especially on the July 4th weekend. Unfortunately, we also were with another group that was on another rental and their car got stolen about a block away from this property. So it made us feel a bit uneasy afterwards. This house did have the ring install which meant they had a camera for security and the driveway (for two cars) was visible. There was also street parking in the daytime right in front of the house. But you will need the special pass for overnight parking. Overall, the house is very close to the beach (about 8 blocks), it is close to everything (restaurants, mini-golf, stores, street shows). Thank you for the wonderful Stay, our family made new memories.

Favorite House in VB in Ten Years

We travel to VB every memorial day for an event and typically prefer to rent a large house instead of stay in a hotel. We hit the jackpot with this house! It was everyone's favorite of all time. The location is PERFECT just a couple blocks to the beach and a couple blocks to the new sports complex across from the convention center. Also right by the best restaurant in VB - 21st Street Seafood. Certainly not the cheapest house in town but having rented about 10 houses over the years, I thought this one was priced right and a great value. Everything we needed was there--hand soap, trash bags, shampoo, etc. Don't you hate to have to run out and buy toilet paper when you're at the beach for a couple days!!!??? The owners even supply beach chairs, boogie boards and other "floaties". No bikes though--so make sure you bring your own. The house is HUGE and everything is brand new. Beds were high quality--very, very comfortable! Dining table was fantastic as 10 of us could sit together and play games. Every room had a smart tv. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, COFFEE, keurig, YOU NAME IT! The only thing I'd want to "warn" future guests about...due to it's fantastic location, there is a lot of road noise...because people seem to really like to speed and/or show off their very loud cars in VB! It's also at a prime spot for the police to pull cars over for speeding...I saw 5 people pulled over on a Friday night inside of two hours. It wasn't a big bother to us but maybe if you had little kids or babies, you might want to know that before selecting this house.

FAMILY VACATION

The property was FABULOUS. Beautiful bedrooms were nice and clean. Plenty of room for family entertaining. Only thing was the pictures were deceiving for the backyard. It was no space for anything.
