Southard 3 makuuhuoneen 1. 5 kylpy lomakoti

Southard on iso ruusujen kolmen makuuhuoneen, yhden ja puoli kylpy lomakoti, joka nukkuu 12. Tässä tilavassa (2600 neliöjalkaa) kodissa on yksi parisänky, yksi queen-vuode, yksi täynnä täysi kerrossänky ja kaksi kuningatar vuodesohvaa. Alkuperäiset kovapuulattiat toivottavat sinut tervetulleeksi sisään tullessaan suureen olohuoneeseen, joka johtaa täysin kalustettuun keittiöön, jossa on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut kodinkoneet, graniittitasot ja laatoitettu backsplash. Luo monia muistoja kerääntyessäsi ruokapöydän ympärille. Muita kotona poissa olleita bonuksia ovat ilmainen langaton internetyhteys, televisiot jokaisessa huoneessa, toisen kerroksen parveke, pihan patio, aurinkotupa, takka, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekä makuuhuonekaapit.

Sijaitsee 34th Street Virginia Beach Oceanfront District olemme kolmen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta, ruokakaupat, ravintolat, viihde ja paljon muuta.
Tämän yhteisön kehittämisessä ajattelutapana ja tavoitteena oli tarjota viihtyisä trooppinen ranta-aiheinen ympäristö, jossa huomioidaan yksityiskohdat ja tarjotaan huippuluokan kalliita loma-asuntoja. Jokaisessa 17 kotia on saatavana, jokainen on kokonaan uusittu, jotta vierailustasi tulisi vieraanvarainen ja nautinnollinen. Tarjoamme liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet vierailullesi.

Koska meillä on useita yksiköitä, näkemäsi kalenteri ei heijasta tarkalleen saatavuuttamme, joten soita tai lähetä sähköpostia nähdäksesi, mitä vastaavia koteja on saatavana.

Nice location

The house is a great location just a few things we did not like, the water pressure is not great. There are no places in the bathroom or your bedroom to hang a hand towels, wash cloths or bathtowels. Very few dishes.

Reviewer Comments: We arrived early, I called to let them know and to see if we could ck in early, they said the property was not ready, ok so we got food and went to my eldest sons hotel for a while, came to the house at 3:00, check in time, the cleaning staff were just arriving to clean. so we had the kids go to the pool to avoid sitting in a hot van, the pool was not clean I asked were they going to be cleaning the pool and the area, it was not cleaned until 2 days later after I asked for the 2nd time, we ended up getting into the house 4-430, there was trash all over the side of the house large cans and bags, the house was half cleaned and smelled, we had to purchase trash bags, cleaning supplies, a shower curtain, toilet paper, paper towels, air freshener, we were accused of breaking a beach chair, that was in the SHARED POOL AREA, that was broken when we arrived, also a stool in the living room, that had been patched up numerous times, once we noticed the wobbly leg of the stool we took a picture of it and placed it up on a table, we would not be accused of breaking it. Oh before we left the large trash cans were removed but the bags were left, not sure why, but it was clearly not our trash, if the house had been properly cleaned before we moved in it would not have been there, I called numerous times to the office with complaints to only get an I'm sorry from the office, obviously the staff was not communicating to the owner the daily complaints . the stay in your place was a horrible experience, I should have been expecting a refund or to be compensated for all of the inconvenience. not to be accused for things that were not true.

House in poor condition

The house is very old and not well taken car of. A couple of the doors were inoperable. One of the doors to the outside did not lock at all. And when it rained water would run in under the door. There was extremely low water pressure in the kitchen and it had no hot water in the kitchen sink. There were roaches in the house. We would leave in the mornings and come back at night because we did not feel comfortable staying at the house. I would definately not recommend. And on an added note, a man showed up at 8 oclock in the morning and started hammering on the deck/side of house with no advance warning . Woke everyone up in the house. Not great for vacation.

Wonderful stay

They only complaint I have is that I thought there was a washer dryer unit. But we made it work. The staff was very helpful when I called with questions/ concerns.

Disappointing facilities

This was our first experience with VRBO but it was disappointing.. The main house was clean but as indicated in other evaluations was sorely lacking in many ways. The light in the 1/2 bath still was hanging by two wires. Although stated it could 'hold' 12 folks the dining room table only had four chairs. And the same with the kitchen: only four chairs at the small table. There were no toilet paper holders so toilet paper had to rest on the floor. It rained so hard the first night we were there that rain came in the second floor and onto the first floor! In the other room that we rented the rain washed in a a hammerhead worm which my husband learned is toxic to touch. (Fortunately we didn't touch it!) But he could not get into his side of the bed for the water that had come in thru the closed door! The pool was nice but only available to us for two days out of the week that we were there! Noisy neighbors above Pauline B had to be called out twice. Would we recommend this place to anyone? NO!!!

House was nice, good location, nice appliances, light fixtures were nice and blinds were nice. The pool in the back had trash in it, there were several light bulbs out and the downstairs did not heat appropriately. We had to get a space heater to warm the downstairs. There were no toilet paper holders and no dish rags or paper towels in kitchen. Reached out to property manager but never heard back. Over all nice stay but could’ve been a lot better if small details were taken care of.

Several issues!

Heat did not work downstairs. We froze and could not comfortably hang out downstairs on the 2 days when temperatures were in the 50’s. Colder inside than out. Ice maker didn’t work and no ice trays. No towel racks or toilet paper holders in either bathroom. Light in downstairs bathroom is bare bulb and buzzes when you turn it on. Upstairs door to balcony has no functioning lock and doesn’t close well. Blew open during the night and cold air poured in for who knows how long. No internet the entire time we were there. We were told it had been called in and a temporary connection had been set up. That didn’t work either. Too many issues. Will not stay there again.

Not recommended - first time in almost 10 years of using VRBO to write negative review.

Our first impression was that the location was in a nice area. Communication prior to checking in was all electronic with no issues. Upon walking into the home there were two immediate impressions: (1) the home had a severe mold/musty smell and (2) the house was very cold - just a slight increase over the outside temperature (~45 degrees). We walked through the home to find the thermostat and noticed it was set to "Emergency" which we found out was an indication that the system was not working properly. Additionally, the listing indicated that there was a washer and dryer on the premises - this was NOT the case. There is no washer/dryer. After an hour or so, a maintenance tech showed up to troubleshoot the heat pump who declared one of the contact switches was broken and that he could not replace it until the following Monday - and could not guarantee that his immediate fix would last until then. When we brought up the issue of no laundry facilities onsite, despite the listing indicating there was a washer / dryer, one of the representatives stated he could have someone do laundry for us offsite. When we stated that the home would not have been selected if we knew there was not onsite laundry, the rep did not seem concerned since he was giving us an alternative method. Requested a refund based on the lack of heat, overwhelming smell of the property and misrepresented listing - to no avail. I would NOT recommend this property or this property manager.

Great Location but Missing a Few Details

Great location, clean and comfortable but needs a little attention to be a 5 star property. The downstairs bath is unfinished with a light bulb hanging from wires, no window covering, no outlets, no hand towel, no towel hook and a hole in the floor. Kitchen is a nice size but they did not provide any extras. No paper towels, no dishrags (only sponges), only one dish towel for entire stay, no salt or pepper shakers, older coffee maker, no coffee, no sugar packets, no ice maker and toilet paper was HORRIBLE. Upstairs was comfortable but downstairs was cold and drafty at night. It is a nice place and can be a 5 star with just a little attention to details.
