Summary:
A new home constructed in 2021 that is a 5 minute walk to the beach from 25th Street. Located in the heart of Old Beach with numerous restaurants, bars, high end supermarket and the boardwalk all within walking distance from the home. The home consists of 3 bedrooms, a bonus room with a king size bed, and a media room/office with a queen size pullout sofa.
The home is professionally designed with detailed amenities for our guests throughout the home.

Transcendent Stays is a locally driven group based in Virginia Beach with a team on the ground to provide an elevated experience for all our guests. Our goal is to build life-long guest relationships in the short-term rental space. Our stays are clean, fresh, and well-designed with up-to-date features and finishes to bring hotel cleanliness and consistency into the realm of practical and memorable. We have created a space for you to escape the daily routine and enter a world of possibilities making your stay personal, comfortable, and effortless.

The Space:
This home does not have a first floor bedroom. Three are located on the 2nd floor and there is a 4th bedroom on the 3rd floor.

Other Things to Note:
Parking only for two vehicles in the driveway and one mid-size car in the garage. There is no first floor bedroom. Early Check-in / Late check-out - Message us and we will try to accommodate your request. Fees may apply depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. - Deliveries - We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home. It is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. - Event / Retreats - No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to your booking.
