”Arrived and the manager had already given pur reservation to someone else. The lady at the front desk had to call the manager, then the person they gave our reservation to in order to close out their reservation. 1 ice machine on the second floor, was out of order. Toilet was like a rocking chair. Trash still on the balcony along with a random bed pillow. However, the front desk worker was a pleasure to talk to. Just a reminder, it's not their fault the owners fail to put money towards the...
