Great condo for a family of 4. Plenty of room to spread out for meals, both bathrooms were clean and spacious. Condo feels very new and updated including appliances, furniture, cookwear and electronics. Everything worked as described and was in good condition, nothing broken or in any sort of disrepair.Beach was perfect, quiet, open space to set up everything for our family, pools in the complex were cleaned daily. Nothing to do in Sandbridge very low key which is what we wanted and Virginia Beach was only a 20 minute drive if the kids wanted any more excitement.Only minor complaint is the parking. The garage is so incredibly tight, 4-5 point turns to get into designated spots. Other inconsiderate guest leaving cargo hitch racks on their vehicles made the parking even tighter, or they stack their beach supplies in front of vehicle so they don’t fully pull into the spot. To be clear we have a full size truck so that added to the tight maneuvering but many people vacation with large trucks and SUV’s. This is not a reflection on the quality of the stay or the condo, more so for the condo complex property management to enforce proper storage and parking.

Wonderful second stay

This was our second summer renting this condo. This space nicely accommodates a family of 4, with easy access to both the beach and pool. Many conveniences of home are provided such as kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils etc., towels, blankets and pillows. Property manager is responsive to questions.

Week at the Beach

Needed a second property for our group, so booked this unit. The unit is well furnished ( better than the other house) and comfortable. Access to the beach was easy and having covered parking was a plus.

The property was nice. However, the weather wasn’t good because of Hurricane Debbie. Also, the property closed their pools at 8:00 which was very disappointing and no hot tub.

Sandbridge condos

The condo and facility were great. The only problem that I had was the air conditioning cannot keep up with the outside heat. It would be cool in the morning, but warm up rather quickly to 76-78 degrees by late afternoon. They did have someone come out to look at it quickly, but he just changed a filter. I think that there is more of a problem. It was still well worth the stay.

Sandbridge beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The beach is amazing and it was nice that the storage unit had all the amenities needed. The room appeared like it had been recently updated and also had everything needed to enjoy your stay. The only downside is that it is a inner unit without a ocean view from the balcony. Overall this was a good place to stay for the week.

Great condo!

This was a great condo, very clean, and well-maintained. We loved how close the property was to the beach. It was nice to have beach chairs, etc. available to use in the storage locker, and the balcony overlooking the pool was perfect to relax. Our kids loved the air hockey and pool table. We would stay here again if we come back to Sandbridge.

Great Condo!

The condo was great! Exactly as shown on the listing and well kept / clean. Our favorite was sitting on the outside patio in the evenings - great patio furniture! Karita was great and communicated well. If we ever return to VA Beach - we will for sure stay in this condo again. The property itself is a little older than I expected and the pool bar which I was leaning on to get burgers for lunch is closed for remodel. I did not find that out until we arrived. Of course that has nothing to do with the condo or the listing. The condo is great! I am just sharing the overall property as well.

Perfect quiet Thanksgiving Holiday

We came to bring Thanksgiving dinner to our sons girlfriend in the Navy and had everything we need for a comfortable stay and to prepare a full holiday meal with her. Wish the hot tub had been working but other than that everything was perfect

Great vacation spot

Clean, kid-friendly condo with nice amenities. The pool was awesome even though the weather was a little cooler and great beach access. There was some nice beach supplies available too. The check in process was a little confusing but we figured it out fairly quickly. Overall I would stay here again.

Small and roomy

We had a lovely stay at Sandbridge. The only true complaint I have is the main building itself and confusion upon arrival. Not knowing the difference between building A and B and no clear directions as to how to get to our condo. There are not a lot of building workers to ask questions to or even to let people into the lobby. The code given did not work….ever. All other residents complained of the same thing. The pool was also shut down at early hours and sometimes not even open by 10 am. NONE OF THESE COMPLAINTS HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE CONDO ITSELF OR THE OWNER OR THE PROPERTY MANAGER. (They we’re all wonderful) HUGE SHOUT OUTS TO KARITA, the prop manager for her constant help, professionalism, kindness and humor!! That woman deserves a raise!!!! Also A HUGE shoutout to Chantel who helped me a couple of times with directions and assisted with a huge load of groceries up to the 4th floor. She also helped us unload groceries…keeps the building property pristine and is happy and joyful in her job. Amazing people. Lovely trip.
