The middle level offers four master bedrooms, including two oceanfront king suites. There's also a large deck for sunrise views and a laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers.

Up top, the open-concept great room is made for gathering, with a fireplace, Smart TV, dual dining areas, and a chef's kitchen featuring double appliances throughout—two ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, refrigerators, and more. Two additional king suites complete this level.

Additional Amenity Details: Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round.

All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

A “family” means parents, grandparents, children, and extended family members vacationing at the property. For example, the use of the property by fraternities, sororities, groups under the age of 24, or unrelated groups is prohibited.
