”I have been to third world countries that were better maintained and had nicer facilities. The manager was absolutely disrespectful and one of the office employees barged into the room without announcing himself or knocking. I knew the place wouldn’t be great but it was all that was available at the time but this was absolutely unacceptable and I ended up renting a car and going to the Little Creek Base just to get out of there. ”The room was dirty upon arrival. The floor was dirty, mold in the tub and the shower curtain. The couch was broken and disgusting. The bedding had pube hairs in it. The mattresses were disgusting. Do not recommend. Overpriced and was not as pictured. Didn’t even have the extra chairs in the room.”

”We experienced cigarette smoke in our hotel room constantly during our stay staff was unhelpful. We brought the cigarette smoke to the staff attention on multiple occasions. Staff did not rectify the problem or compensate us. Staff did not enforce the non-smoking policy and we had to suffer. Otherwise this would have been an ok place to stay.”

”Amazing spot for a low price, food near by and very close to the beach boardwalk I enjoyed the hotel a lot of space, even a desk and a bit bathroom. The air also was nice and they even had a fridge and microwave.”

”Staff at this hotel were extremely nice and helpful when resolving some of the issues we encountered (internet was off several times, ice machine on the 3rd floor not operational, no breakfast). The place is ok for the price, has a nice pool, and it’s not too far from the beach and restaurants, but it needs maintenance. Also, our room was connected to another through lockable doors and we could hear what was going on in the other room (we didn’t know these people). Overall good value for money...

”Overall, our stay was beautiful and we had a great experience. The hotel itself was nice and we enjoyed our time. My only suggestion would be for housekeeping standards at check-in. Personally, I feel items like toilet paper, tissue boxes, and body wash should be replaced with new ones for each guest. Seeing half-used rolls or partially used items can feel less sanitary since those are personal-use products that previous guests have handled. ”This is an older hotel but it’s well maintained. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk is perfect which is reflected in the pricing. My room had 2 double beds which were extremely comfortable. The room is a little small but if you had more people in it but just fine for a solo traveler. The bathroom is definitely on the small side where the closing door comes close to the toilet but still manageable for me.
