”This property is terrific...especially if you're traveling with pets; dogs and cats are welcome and there is no additional charge. There is also a little gated area where you can bring your dog and let them off leash to do their "business." The maintenance person keeps it clean, and must clean the area at least three times daily because whenever I brought my dogs there was no evidence of any earlier "deposits " they made. The staff was friendly and very helpful whenever problems or challenges...

”The place is clean and has everything. Maintenance was ready to come fix any problem like the shower head and the internet that we faced. I loved the two bed villa, It was spacious and perfect for my family!”

”We did not have breakfast. The only negative was that the room was too hot, and unable to control the temperature. We ended up turning the whole unit off, but was still very warm.”

”The size of our unit was perfect for our family and very nicely decorated; the food at Osteria Sierra (in main hotel) was great; the whole property (hotel included) is amazing and Incline Village is a quiet small town on the nothern part of Lake Tahoe. The only downfall is that we stayed for a weekend and we didn’t get fresh towels after the first night. ”
