”The property was clean and quiet. The mini kitchen looked nice, but we didn't use it. You can't see it from the main road, so that was weird. There is a Target across the street from the road it's on, so that's helpful if you need to stay for an extended time. If you need a quiet and clean place to stay for an extended time, this place is nice. It was further away than I thought from the stadium, which was the main reason I was in Tampa.”

”Staff is outstanding. 1970's type retro building. Cool but old. Indian restaurant on site was fabulous. Morning breakfast was above average but not great. Lots of coffee options. Room was a bit tired but more than sufficient. If looking for a reasonably priced hotel I would recommend. ”

”We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!”

”My real complaint was the parking issue. It was a hassle to find the parking, one of the workers gave us the convoluted route to their parking spaces and once we parked there, we were told we couldn’t because we had to buy a parking pass and they were sold out… so we had to park at Sundial and for one night the price was almost $40. Mind you, we parked around 5pm and left at 10AM. I mean the room is decent. And their valet parking, which is in a garage right next to the building, is only...

”We stayed 4 nights/ 5 days and had to ask for our room to be cleaned daily. When they "cleaned it" they did not vacuum, change the sheets or change the pillowcases. I know because my make up would get on the whote pillow cases and they were never once chsnged. The morning breakfast is excellent. Far better than most hotels. The libby is super clean The staff are super friendly. Always saying have a good day, or welcome back as you leave and return. Now Ybro city part of Tampa is a low income...

”This hotel needs to have some renovation done, the carpets need to be changed, they were really worn and dirty. Our room was cleaned just ok, there were some black hairs on the bath room floor. The room also had a bad, musty smell. ”

”Nice hotel at St.Petersburg. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast was typical american.The warm food was boiled egg and sausages. Different type of sausages on different days. Floor of the bathroom was a bit sticky. The toilet seat collar was not clean. Room was clean. Towels were changed and soap and shampoo were replenished daily. Coffee/Tea was available all the time. I would come again.”
