”We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed”

”The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall. ”Loved the hotel. The breakfast was cheap ($5 per person) and had plenty of choices. The dinner at the same restaurant was also very good and priced right. They have a kids menu. My son loved the very busy pool, and had a lot of fun. My husband and I enjoyed the gym. It had everything we needed. We did our laundry a couple of times at the hotel, with no problems. The Ford museum is a few miles away so we didn’t deal with any traffic. The staff always responded promptly to anything we needed.”

”Upon check in to room, there appeared to be fecal looking stains on sheet and top cover. The other bed had rips and tears in the sheets. The AC unit had mold in the vent and on the curtains. My sisters took a video of a crawling roach on the bathroom. The front desk worker was the only worker at the hotel. ”Close to the airport with shuttle service. If you drive there and need to park and fly, deal directly with the hotel. Third party bookings don't allow for Park and Fly. Lesson learned.
The hotel is located very close to the airport but we were not bothered by the flyovers.
The Front desk people were super nice and knowledgable. They helped with printing a boarding pass too.
The room was well equipped but dated. The carpeting needs a good cleaning.
The Breakfast bar was handy early...
