The food was good, but the kitchen and dining service was lackluster. It was our first time to Richmond, so we didn’t know what to expect, the neighborhood is a mixed bag.”

”For the price we paid, the amenities did not meet our expectations. Breakfast was not included, and not even complimentary bottled water was provided. There was no on-site parking available, so we had to park on the street. Additionally, the beds were very small and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, we expected a much better experience for the price”

”Staff was amazing. Location was perfect. Hotel was clean. Valet was quick retrieving our vehicle. There were two areas within the gym where the ceiling was leaking & buckets were set up to catch the water.”
